HARTMUT KÖNIG
CTO Central Europe
Hartmut König, CTO Central Europe at Adobe, supports companies in their digital transformation and the creation of outstanding customer experiences. Since joining Adobe in 2004, he has held various leadership roles and actively contributed to Adobe’s own transformation since 2008. His vision is to harness current and future technologies to deliver inspiring, data-driven experiences—enabled by artificial intelligence and the intelligent use of large-scale data. BENT DALAGER
Partner and Head of Innovation
Bent Dalager is Equity Partner and Head of Innovation at KPMG in Denmark. He has more than 30 years’ consulting experience across a wide range of industries and is the founder of KPMG’s NewTech service line, which specializes in advising on advanced technologies like Generative AI, Machine learning, RPA and quantum technology, delivering innovative technological solutions that span all industries. Bent is co-founder and board member of the Danish Quantum Community. Bent holds an MSc in Computer Science and AI, coupled with a bachelor's degree in mathematical economics, as well as an HD in management and further education from both Harvard and MIT. Bent is in the digital wiseperson council at the Academy of Technical Sciences (ATV) and co-founder of the professional data council. He chairs the Danish ITC Industry association’s (IT-Branchen) NewTech Policy Board (AI and Digitalisation). He is also a member of the advisory committee to the Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) on Fintech/AI. Dwayne Britton brings 15+ years at the intersection of learning, culture and brand. He’s shaped programs at Apple, Adidas, Zalando and Lululemon, and led Global Learning & Development at On. Through his Berlin-based consultancy, DAY|WON, Dwayne provides fractional L&D leadership for startups, scale-ups and internal teams, with a focus on brand-led onboarding, culture building and collaboration. He partners with leaders to design clear, practical programs and workshops that align teams, clarify decisions and build momentum. Dwayne also serves as an L&D Strategic Advisor to Manageable, a UK startup helping managers build the confi dence and habits to lead well. FLORIN POPA
Director
Florin Popa has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector and is Orange Business Director at Orange Romania since 2013. Florin is a graduate of Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies where he specialized in Economics and Business Law. His career in telecommunications began in December 2001 when he joined MobilRom in Craiova. In 2004, he moved to Bucharest and held various management positions in the sales team of Orange Romania. In 2007, he was appointed Sales & Distribution Director, and since February 2013 he holds the current position. As a representative of Orange Business in the local market, Florin has extensive expertise in the area of connectivity and IT&C solutions that support companies and public authorities in their digital transformation journey. HELEN BENTLEY
Partner EY, Digital Strategy, Innovation & Experience Design Leader
Helen is a partner at EY based in London, focused on digital strategy, innovation, and customer experience. She is also studying a PhD in the field of generative AI for communications design, at the Institute of Design in Chicago, following her BA and MA from Oxford University. Helen helps clients to design new business models, products, services, and communications that elevate customer/employee experience. She specialises in helping businesses transition from product-centric to service-led operations through digital innovation. Helen spent over a decade in Tokyo, supporting organisations through transformation and has won multiple awards for innovation and transformation. Helen is also the partner sponsor of EY’s neurodiversity community, helping to drive inclusive design within the organisation. Senior Vice President, Head of Global SAP Labs Network
Dr. Clas Neumann, Senior Vice President and Head of Global SAP Labs Network, overseeing SAP's R&D labs across 20 countries. With over 30 years at SAP, he has held various senior executive roles and has lived in Asia for more than 25 years. Recognized for his business achievements in Asia, he is active in high-level business circles and frequently speaks at major conferences such as the World Economic Forum, World AI Conference, and ALL IN etc. Neumann holds a doctorate from École des Ponts ParisTech and an MBA from INSEAD. He also works as adjunct professor at prestigious universities in China. Erdem İnan is the CEO of Trendyol Group, a position he has held since August 2023. He previously oversaw the company’s Growth activities, including Marketplace, Customer Experience, CRM & Digital Engagement, Data Science, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Communications. Prior to joining Trendyol Group in 2017, Erdem held leadership positions in tech companies in Türkiye and in the Middle East, Peak Games and Rocket Internet. Erdem holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University and a master’s degree in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology from Bocconi University.
