Marc is the Chief Technology Officer for Dell Technologies in Europe Middle East and the Africa’s. He represents both the Office of the CTO and the Dell Global AI Office led by our Global CTO John Roese. Marc’s responsibility for Emerging Technology in EMEA for the company is charged with overseeing and scaling the Forward-Thinking strategy for Dell in the EMEA region as set down by Dell Technologies Global CTO and Chief AI Office. Marc has over 27 years’ experience in the Technology industry, most of which has been spent in the Advanced Tech Domain, participating in some of the most significant Technology innovations in industry during this time. He is a fluent thinker and speaker and is an avid Industry contributor in Modern and Emergent Technology bringing deep expertise and inspired and innovative presence to solving for some of the most complex problems of our time through the intersection of human creativity and advanced Computing intelligence. Marc represents Dell Technologies within many of the Technology industry consortia and is a regular Keynote and Technical speaker , as well as recognized author of many published papers, particularly in the domain of Quantum Architectures and Autonomic and Decentralized systems Marc is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and lives with his family in Ireland. He has trained over 4500 people on Storytelling, Public Speaking and Leadership and has taught over 63.000 online students through Udemy. He has spoken 4 times on a TEDx stage and has coached several TEDx speakers on the structure and delivery of their talks. Alex has also mentored several startups in pitching their business idea and has moderated over 25 events on topics such as blockchain, AI, cities of the future, urban mobility and youth leadership.
