𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: 12 months of GPT prototypes, now what? 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘀: 1 year with ChatGPT... 12 months of rare intensity during which we barely discovered the potential of generative AI technology... However, many prototypes, Proof of Concepts, experimentations, have already proven their theoretical value. And now? How to deploy, how to scale? The underlying technologies have their own requirements in terms of exploitation, intrinsically carry many direct or indirect risks by using them, and what about issues of rights, or even sustainability balance? The generalization phase of an LLM is therefore not so simple. During this session, let's take a look together at the points of attention, the project streams to be addressed and the key point off success, from architecture/hosting issues to change management for end users, to move your LLM prototypes to real production applications!
