Covering topics from AI and robotics to wellbeing, and leadership, these speakers highlight both the progress and the challenges shaping women’s role in the industry. Their stories deliver inspiration, actionable insights, and a vision for a more inclusive and innovative tech future.


IRINA KAMALOVA
Founder & Director of Women Coding Community
Irina is a Founder & Director of Women Coding Community, VP Lead Software Engineer at JPMC, and ex-Senior Backend Software Engineer at Revolut. Her experience as a Software Engineer included working with large projects, search engines, distributed systems, performance issues, and huge data storage. She worked at Revolut, where she built a platform for retail products. That includes support services to handle 50 million clients, huge throughput and provide law latency for data flow. Irina mentoring mid-level engineers, constantly helps her team to tackle the extra mile and help the company to improve an intervening process, onboarding new hires, navigating interns and running knowledge-sharing activities. As a cherry on top, she helped to launch the inner Revolut Women Guild “RevWomen”. 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: Defining Success on Your own terms: Lessons from a career in Software Development Industry 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘀: This talk will share a personal and authentic journey through the software development industry, exploring what it means to build a fulfilling and impactful career in a male-dominated field. Moving beyond traditional metrics of success, this presentation will focus on the pivotal mindset shifts and practical strategies needed to overcome challenges like imposter syndrome, navigate career transitions, and find your own definition of professional accomplishment.

Emma Luba is the Co-Founder of LND Consulting Services, with over 20 years of experience in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity. Recognized by Forbes and WomenTech for her impact, she helps startups and global Technology vendors accelerate growth through AI-powered partner solutions. Beyond business, Emma co-leads Agapé International, a nonprofit supporting widows and orphans in Africa, blending innovation with purpose. Transformation technology lead in a global IT Consulting company
𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿: Elena Avanu is a Transformation Technology Leader with 17 years of experience driving large-scale programs and building diverse teams across global tech and Big Four companies. She currently acts as a Transformation Lead in a consulting company and is also a certified trainer and coach, supporting the next generation of professionals through the pro-bono Bridging Gaps community. Elena serves on the Executive Board of Women in Tech Romania, our partner organization, as Events Director, empowering women leaders and future changemakers in tech.
